Ruim tien jaar begeleid ik in Amsterdamse kinderopvang kinderen met ontwikkelings- en gedragsproblematiek. Rond de sensorische en communicatieve behoeften van elk kind bouw ik een eigen routine, en met ouders en therapeuten werk ik aan gedeelde doelen. Een lastige overgang gooit mij zelden uit balans — rustig blijven is het halve werk.
